    This beautifully presented apartment was in the heart of the old town of Palermo. It was exceptionally clean, reasonably sized and very comfortable. Franco the owner was wonderful! Because of a Dolce and Gabana Fashion Parade we were unable to get a taxi to the port. The cleaner contacted Franco. He came to pick us up with his son, took us for breakfast at his expense, chatted with us, took us to the port, got his son to help us with our bags and make sure we were at the correct spot to get a ferry. His cleaner also walked us from the apartment to the place Franco picked us up from. Thank you so much Franco for your help, it made our day so much more pleasant and easier especially travelling with children! It's nice to see that there are still people willing to help others in their own time. Cheers Rob and Simone from Australia.
